Two Little Monkeys...

Jumpin on the bed (in his new BIG BOY underwear)
One fell down and bumped her head (not really but it sounds cute and the picture matches...she's really just getting a little Daddy loving)

Momma called the doctor and the doctor said "No more monkeys jumpin on the bed...eat instead!"

Fun on Christmas Eve

Bad Blogger

Okay...so I have been a bad blogger in fact a horrible blogger but hopefully I will be able to keep up from now on. Now that crazy holidays are over and so are classes...hooray...I should have a little more time, in fact I have already noticed more time and its WONDERFUL!! I rush home everyday to see the kids and they are happy and having fun everyday. So classes may be over but I have begun my internship. I am working on 100 hours at Lee in the library and then I have 100 hours at the public library and 100 hours in an elementary library. Needless to say I will not get all 300 done this semester but I can at least get a good bit done. Well, enough about me...Richard is "pluggin along" as he would say and the kids are doing great! Trey is oh so smart and Bess is getting bigger and bigger each day as well as speaking more and more gibberish. We hope this blog finds you all well and we would love to hear from you.

Happy at Home...with Ms. Savannah

After many trips with Bess to the doctor we have made the decision to pull both kids out of daycare and they are now at home with Ms. Savannah. So far it has been wonderful and it looks like Bess is getting much better. We were at the doctor this past Tuesday since she had a high fever all day long and the bad news is she has RSV, pneumonia, an ear infection, and thrush but the good news...her illnesses should be cut in half now that she is at home! Yippee! She is feeling much better, sleeping good, and playing hard. We just pray she gets well and stays well.

Daddy...when can we get a trampoline?

Forget the trampoline...let's jump on Daddy!
Fun, fun, fun!

Now showing in theatres....

The Trick or Treat Bunch
starring Bess the Sweet Spider, Trey the Pooped Penguin, Madison the Wild Witch, and Reagan the Darling Dragosaur!

This was our first trick or treating experience as a family! We went to the Rapes neighborhood and it was funny to watch as Trey started out a little shy but before the night was over he was a real pro. The funniest part was that he thought he was supposed to step inside their house when they opened the door so sure enough someone would open the door and he would step right in with his bag wide open.

Happy Halloween!

Madison and Reagan pose for a halloween pic....if you only knew how many we took to get the perfect one!!
Look at our BIG boy! Boy is he growing ever so fast!

Our pretty 'pumpkin' playing with Kady.

Bess, Madison, and Trey sit still for just a sec so we can get that one pic in before we change for trick or treating!

Mr. Green Nut

I have to share. This was made by a wonderful sculpture student of mine, April Pugh. He is about 3 feet tall and made out of biodegradable packing peanuts. All you have to do is wet them just a wee bit and they will stick together. Mr. Green (get it?) Nut is completely hollow, as well as his peanut can and both pieces were then lightly spray painted.
