Thank God for air conditioners
Well it is 9:30, Hollis and I are sitting at the table. All the fans in the house are on high. Trey is sleeping in shorts with no shirt, and Bess is in a onesie. Do not listen to the A/C companies when they say they will have you running that same day. I get home there is a hole by the return air vent, and they said it shouldn't take more than a couple of hours tomorrow. Well that is just peachy, because it is like a hot box ( the one on cool hand luke ) in this house. So as I am wondering what to do, they drive out with the windows up and the A/C on full, this I am sure of. Hope everyone enjoys this little tid bit.

Busy Weekend
This weekend was oh so busy but full of fun! Aunt Jessie (only we can call her that!) came to visit since we had Bess baptized Saturday. We all hopped in the car and ventured to Auburn to see Father Bill and have Bess baptized. Afterwards we ate lunch at Chappy's and headed home. Trey went home with Grommi, Grandaddy, and Bobby to spend the night. Today Bess and Mommy went to Gena Jacobs baby shower...yippee!! We are so very excited that Matt and Gena are having a little boy...Anderson McKay Jacobs due July 28th. After the shower we went to pick up big brother from Grommi and Grandaddy's house. When we pulled up the Jump-n-Jam Bouncy house was set up on the side of the house and they were all hanging out in lawn chairs! Does that fit into one of those "You might be a redneck if....?" If you are ever driving by there and see it you should stop, drop the kids off, pay Grandaddy a small fee, and come back later!
